Refunds & Returns Policy

At Rachel Williams Homeopathy, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Physical Products (e.g. Kits, Books, Remedy Bottles)

  • Returns window – You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

  • Condition – Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

  • Non-returnable items – For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened remedy bottles, partially used products, or items that have been personalised.

  • Faulty or damaged items – If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Digital Products & Courses

  • Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds once the file or course has been accessed or downloaded.

  • If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us and we’ll make sure you receive your content in full.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@thisishomeopathywithrachel.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will confirm the return address and instructions.

  3. Please package your item securely and use a tracked service – we cannot be responsible for returns lost in the post.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know in your return request. We will confirm availability and any difference in cost before sending your replacement.
