Shipping Policy

We make all remedy kits to order from our UK base.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-5 Working Days once payment has cleared.

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Standard Delivery. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details (where available) via email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure timely collection from their local delivery office if the parcel cannot be delivered. If the order is returned to us due to non-collection, a new shipment cost will be charged before we can resend your order. For all standard deliveries, no signature is required, and by placing your order you authorise Royal Mail to leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is available to receive it.

TAXES & CUSTOMS

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees set by your country’s border authorities or local postal service.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. If goods are returned to Rachel Williams Homeopathy due to unpaid customs fees, a reshipment and handling fee will apply.

PRE-ORDERS

If an item is sold as a pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be shown in the product description. We may extend this date by up to 2 weeks if necessary, and will notify you of any changes. If your order has not shipped by the estimated date plus 2 weeks, you are entitled to a full refund.
